I’m learning more and more the difference between a CEO and a Founder. As a Founder my job is to create systems that run efficiently and that produce revenue for the company. As a CEO my job would be to maintain and improve upon those systems. Today I feel more like a founder. This is an uphill climb. There are obstacles every day. Nothing goes smoothly and as it should. As a founder I find myself building infrastructure that will make things easier and smoother in the future. But for now it’s a bumpy road. I dream about the days when I can just be a CEO. To look over things and maintain operations. I imagine the days would be longer. I started an online department store. It’s not as sexy as tech but there’s definitely a market. I’ll keep you posted.
